Spirit of Life, everywhere present, blessed be

[Our Father, who Art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name]

We yearn for your full manifestation, here and now

[Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven]

Nourish and sustain us throughout today

[Give us this day, our daily bread]

Just as you continue to love us even when we make mistakes,

so we will try to love others whom we see as imperfect.

[And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us]

Keep us out of harm’s way, and do not let others exploit our weaknesses.

[And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil]
