Like the eagle, it is essential for those in leadership to demonstrate the ability to identify what is important, move swiftly, and hold on with enormous strength.

The eagle’s strengths are its eyes, wings, and talons. Eagles can clearly identify prey over two miles away, e.g., a rabbit’s nose twitch.

The eagle’s weaknesses:

1) eagles are not flocking birds

2) eagles in flight can carry only an additional one third of their own body weight

3) eagles are clumsy on take off and landings (the easiest way to take off is for them to drop into flight, so they like to perch at a high point with a long view).
